Hey friends,
In this guided meditation, we are not just talking about it, we are connecting to that I am energy that we all are.
We begin simply. Breathing in and letting the breath remind us to settle into our bodies. To engage inside of our bodies and step away from the mind. Because to touch into that I am space, we let go of thoughts. We move past thinking. And the way to move past thinking is to engage your focus.
Breath Awareness Meditation for Inner Peace
Focus shifts from all the little chatter that the mind has and focuses on breathing in. Finding your own rhythm with the inhale and the exhale. That rhythm becomes our focus.
And then something beautiful happens.
We begin to become the rhythm. The breath, the heartbeat, the flow in the body. It finds us. It is constant. It is like an infinity loop, breathing in and breathing out. And in this space, there is nothing required of you to do. No achievement that you must accomplish.
We start to see that thoughts are out of rhythm with this. They have their own inertia. So we allow them to have a playground, while we return to the rhythm.
Understanding the Power of Now and Presence
And then the question opens.
Who are you, that you can be so spacious as to notice all of this?
As we rest here, we begin to feel the life energy that we are. The creative force of life, constant in that rhythm. And when you attune your breath to that rhythm, your own natural flow, you enter that space.
The center of your being.
“The I am is the base of that rhythm.”
How to Connect to Your Higher Self
From here, there is a remembering. That this force is not separate from you. It is functioning through you. It is you. The deeper aspect of you that functions the body without thought.
And from this space, we can function.
We begin to love the body. To appreciate everything about it. To enjoy that we exist. To recognize that we are way more than a thought, way more than a body.
“You are a life force… directly connected to source energy… and that isness – is you and loves you.”
Self Love and Inner Connection Through Awareness
This meditation moves into that experience of self love.
There is no effort here. No trying. Just returning to the rhythm. Again and again.
And from this centered life force, you can live, choose, feel, and even face challenges in a completely different way. With ease. With flow. With a sense of being supported.
You begin to see that anxiety reduces when you leave the chatter of the mind and return to this rhythm. That this space brings peace and centeredness to your body and your mind.
“I am is another word for remember.”
Remember who you are.
This meditation is an invitation to come back to that. To the breath. To the rhythm. To the space where you are already whole, already connected, already loved.
And to simply enjoy… you.

FAQs
What is the I AM presence?
For each person – you discover the answer continuously expands. Experience that which cannot be defined or limited. In this meditation, we enter it as the base of that rhythm that you are. The center of that continuously flowing consistent rhythm of which all your body functions in alignment with. It is this creative force of the universe which you are an absolute part of, not separate from you, actually functioning through you.
How do I connect to the I AM presence?
We let go of thoughts, we move past thinking, and the way to move past thinking is to engage your focus. Focus on the breathing in and find your own rhythm with the inhale and the exhale. As you notice that rhythm, you begin to feel the life energy that you are and you enter that space.
Why is breath important in meditation?
Focus shifts from all the little chatter that the mind has and focuses on the breathing. The rhythm of the breath is constant, like an infinity loop, breathing in and breathing out. When you return to that rhythm, your body functions naturally and you come back to the centered life force that you are.
How does this meditation help with anxiety?
Anxiety reduces because you have left the chatter of the mind which is off rhythm. By shifting your focus to the space that you really are, you bring peace and centeredness to your body and to your mind which calms anxiety.
How do I experience self love through this practice?
By pacing your breathing and feeling the vibration and rhythm that you hold – you shift to spaciousness. From there, we breathe in love of self from this space and notice that when we fill ourselves up first that it just oozes out to everybody else. Love you first because when you breathe in that love to you and fill you up, you notice it takes nothing from you to share it out.
